Six decades ago, in Aurora, CO., Vernon Befort, an army veteran, and expert pipefitter trained by merchant marines, established Befort Plumbing and Heating in 1957, igniting a legacy of excellence. He was armed with his Master Plumbing, Master Mechanical, and boiler licenses, Denver’s oldest active boiler license, until his passing. Vern set a gold standard in service, earning trust as the go-to plumber in Denver.
A man of vision and family values, Vern welcomed his daughter, Teresa, into the fold. Together, they elevated Befort to new heights, with Teresa taking over and steering the company towards a future as the woman-owned powerhouse it is today. Fast-forward to now, Vern’s Grandchildren, Jessica and Marcus, lead Befort Plumbing and Heating, upholding a tradition of service and commitment to their community.
Jessica oversees the service division, delivering unparalleled customer care, while Marcus oversees new construction projects, bringing precision and innovation to every endeavor. Together, they represent the future of Befort—a legacy built on hard work, integrity, and excellence.
